REVIEW: GLEE CHRISTMAS EPISODE

Last week, I’ve got a video copy of the Christmas Episode of the hit TV show Glee and I watch it through my laptop. The whole episode was amazing! It’s very touching and it’s very realistic.
The songs that they sang were all awesome! But my favorite was Welcome Christmas and Last Christmas. Their renditions of those songs are outstanding its sounds like you’re in the cathedral watching an international chorale, especially in Welcome Christmas.
Well, aside from the songs, I also like the story. It’s well presented and well thought. Why did I say that it’s very realistic? Because of the room to room caroling in their schools. I remember I used to do that back in high school when we have an outreach program for Christmas but the difference is we don’t gained a negative response to the students contrast to what happened to the Glee club. Another thing is about the secret Santa thing we call that exchange gift which we don’t know who gives gift to us.
There’s actually a lot of drama on these episode. First, the love triangle of Will, Emma and Carl. Will is broken hearted because he knows that Emma and Carl are now married. (ouch!)
Second is the Rachel and Finn break up. Finn break up with Rachel because Rachel confess that after she knows that there’s something happened between Santana and Finn( but the thing is, it is just a joke!), Rachel get mad and she wants Finn to experienced what she feels at that time so she cheated on Finn. So Rachel is desperate to get back the love and trust of Finn but Finn doesn’t like it anymore.
Another one is about Britney. She believes in Santa Claus. Well I used to believe in Santa Claus when I was a little child but now I know it was just a fiction. Back to Britney, She wished to Santa that her boyfriend, Arty, who is limb, can be able to walk. So Arty find a way to despise Santa Claus just to show that he don’t believe on him... Just to please coach Beast he pretends to be Santa. Beast told to Britney that instead of Arty walking she will give her patience to wait for Artie to be able to walk. But there’s a twist in this story, Beast put a gift on Britney’s Christmas tree, a re-walk ( an invention for the limb to be able to walk temporarily) and there Britney got her wish, even though it is not exactly what Britney’s want, still it brings joy to Arty, Britney and to the rest of glee club. The whole club thought it was from Santa. That moment was so magical.
The last part of the episode is all about apologizing and forgiveness. Coach Sue come to Will’s house to ask forgiveness from him about what she’s done on the secret Santa and the destruction of their Christmas tree. Sue gave Will a shaver, to shave away what she’s done on the Glee club. Will forgive Sue and they both celebrate the Christmas along with the Glee Club members on Will’s house.
It was, so far, the best episode of Glee this second season. I’m hoping for their upcoming episodes to be more like this. Kudos to the people behind this! I rate this 10 out of 10!
Hey! Before I end this, I want to greet you all a very Merry Christmas! No one should be alone this Christmas, as what Rachel said!
